We've gathered answers to some of the most common questions our guests ask as they prepare for their Regent Seven Seas cruise. Are business services available?
Yes. Computers are available onboard, along with business equipment like fax machines and copy services. Internet and WiFi are available throughout the ship for a small fee. Fax reception is free; sending faxes and ship-to-shore calls are charged at standard rates. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available, but no other Adobe software is provided.
Mobile phones can work on Regent ships if your carrier has a roaming agreement with Wireless Maritime Service. Not all prepaid phones are supported. While at sea, your phone can still operate; in port, you may connect to local networks depending on your provider. Charges, including for calls to 800/888/866/877 numbers, appear on your regular mobile phone bill and may take up to 60 days. Check with your service provider for details.
Are laundry/valet services available?
Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers laundry and valet services-including pressing and dry cleaning-for a nominal fee, arranged through your Stewardess. On Seven Seas Navigator, Mariner, and Voyager, complimentary self-service laundries with irons, ironing boards, and detergent are also available on select decks.
Are there beauty/barber services provided?
The Canyon Ranch SpaClub offers a wide range of treatments for both men and women, including expert hair design, revitalizing facials, and indulgent manicures and pedicures. Spa and salon services are available by appointment on every Regent ship, with reservations open 60 days before your sailing by calling Canyon Ranch at 877-329-1924. Guests may also consult with fitness specialists or join wellness presentations designed to help you look and feel your best.

Are there special activities for children?
Regent's Club Mariner is a complimentary youth program offered on select voyages, and designed for ages 5-8, 9-12, and 13-17. Activities are supervised by experience, enthusiastic staff and include fun, interactive events throughout the voyage. Ask your Cruise Expert which sailings include Club Mariner.
Can I send mail onboard?
Yes. Outbound mail and postage are available onboard for a small fee.
Can I exchange foreign currency onboard?
Yes. You can buy foreign currency at the reception. Transactions are charged to your onboard account with a 5% fee applied. Not all currencies may be available, however most are accessible through the ship's terminal.
Do Regent ships offer medical services?
Yes. Each ship has a licensed and registered doctor and nurse for medical and emergency services, which available at standard charges. Medical centers handle temporary illnesses or accidents, but cannot provide ongoing treatment for pre-existing conditions. Oxygen concentrators are the only allowed oxygen equipment on board. Wheelchairs are available for emergencies only.
Do Regent ships offer religious services onboard?
Yes. Non-denominational services are held when possible.
Do Regent ships provide wheelchairs for passengers?
No. Guests must bring their own wheelchairs, except for emergency use.
How can I give someone a gift onboard?
Regent offers gifts like chocolate-dipped strawberries and champagne, packaged with the Regent logo. You can order using a faxable gift form or contact your Cruise Expert for help.

Is Internet access available?
Yes. WiFi and Internet access are available throughout the ship, including most suites, for a small fee. Internet Cafes are located on each ship. Speeds are typically 640kb. Please be advised heavy-use applications like Skype are not allowed.
Using your mobile carrier's network counts as roaming, and charges will be billed directly through your cell phone provider.
Is there shopping onboard?
Yes. Ship boutiques offer a selection of designer fashions, perfumes and Regent Seven Seas Cruises logo items. Toiletries and convenience items are also available. Boutiques may be closed occasionally while in port due to local government regulations.
How do I pay for purchases onboard?
All purchases are charged to your onboard account, set up with a credit card or cash deposit when you board the ship. Shipboard purchases including beverages, spa services, souvenirs, photos, and shore excursions will be billed to your suite. On the last night, your statement is finalized and charged. Unused cash deposits will be refunded. Cash is accepted in the casino.
Should I tip onboard?
Gratuities are included in your cruise fare. If feel strongly about expressing your gratitude, you are encouraged to donate to the Crew Welfare Fund at the Purser's Office, which supports crew events and parties.
What is "open seating"?
You may dine anytime, anywhere, and with anyone during regular dining hours. Some specialty restaurants require reservations.
What beverages are included?
Unlimited, complimentary beverages are included in your cruise fare. Enjoy fine wines, beers and premium spirits along with bottled water, coffee and soft drinks. A refined list of ultra-premium wines and liquors are available for purchase.
What is Regent's alcohol policy?
Guests must be 21+ to drink. You may bring unopened wine or champagne onboard. Alcohol purchased in port can be stored and later enjoyed in your suite.
What is the dress code onboard?
Daytime: Casual resort wear (no swimwear in restaurants or lounges).
Evening: Elegant Casual or Formal Optional depending on voyage length. Dress codes are listed in the daily newsletter.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited in suites, staterooms, and balconies. Cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes are not allowed in enclosed or outdoor dining areas. E-cigarettes are allowed in other public areas. Cigarette, cigar, and pipe smoking are only permitted in designated areas on each ship. Noncompliance may result in removal from the ship at your expense, with no refund.
Where can I store my valuables?
Each suite has a personal safe with an electronic lock (4" deep x 14" wide x 7" high). Regent is not responsible for items kept outside the safe.
