How can I ship luggage to/from the ship?

Regent Seven Seas Cruises and their partnership with Luggage Free can help you make the necessary arrangements to ship any additional baggage or equipment you may want, without the bother of taking it yourself. Luggage Free is a custom luggage-shipping and delivery service providing you with door-to-door shipping, avoiding the hassle of carrying, checking and claiming luggage -even through customs. You can even make reservations online. After your order is placed, a Luggage Free representative will arrive at your home within 24 hours to wrap each bag in protective covering and transfer them to the nearest airport. Your bags are then placed in Luggage Free's forward freight system and delivered to your destination. After landing, Luggage Free picks them up at the airport, clearing international shipments through customs. Luggage Free then delivers your bags to their ultimate destination address. The process is reversed for the return trip. Can I pre-book dining reservations?

Yes, beginning 75 days prior to sailing you may make dining reservations. If eligible for Concierge Amenities, you may make dining reservations 90 days prior to sailing. To do so, please contact your RegentCruises.com Cruise Expert. If you prefer to reserve online you may create an online account with Regent Seven Seas Cruises via My Account. Access the Dining Reservations link for your cruise under the Booked Cruises tab.

How do I pre-book Regent Seven Seas Cruises shore excursions online?

Shore Excursions may be reserved online beginning 300 days prior to sailing. If eligible for Concierge Amenities, you may reserve shore excursions 365 days prior to sailing. To do so, please contact your RegentCruises.com Cruise Expert. If you prefer to reserve online you may create an online account with Regent Seven Seas Cruises via My Account. Access the Book Excursions link for your cruise under the Booked Cruises tab. Any Regent Choice Shore Excursions reserved in advance must be paid for at time of confirmation using a major credit card.

One of my Regent Seven Seas Cruises shore excursions is in waitlist status. When will I know if I am confirmed?

Each sail date and itinerary may have varying availability based on several factors, such as number of guides, coaches, boats, planes, time in port, etc. Regent Seven Seas Cruises continually requests additional space from tour operators, but the process can take time as they may have to source additional equipment and guides at their end. If one of your shore excursions is in waitlist status, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will notify you if additional space has been confirmed as quickly as possible. Waitlists will be cleared in the order received.

How do I pre-book spa services?

Do I need luggage tags?

You will receive luggage tags with your Regent Seven Seas cruise documents. Please complete them and have them on your bags prior to arriving at the airport.

I am in suite 816 on Seven Seas Mariner. Why do my bag tags say 8F?

The F means Forward deck which helps in the loading of bags on the pier.

Can I add or change a passenger in my suite?

If your suite is equipped to accommodate additional passengers, then you may add another person to your suite - unless the ship has reached its maximum sailing capacity. The additional passenger is subject to prevailing Regent Seven Seas cruise fares. Subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply. If you need to add a passenger, please contact your RegentCruises.com Cruise Expert for details regarding your booking. Regent Seven Seas Cruises does not allow name changes after deposit has been received. A new reservation will be made and will be subject to the new terms and conditions that are applicable at the time of booking. The existing reservation will be cancelled and will be assessed the applicable cancellation fees.

Is there a limit on baggage?

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has no limitation on the amount of personal baggage allowed on their vessels, but airlines do have limitations so please check with your particular airline.

Do I need to bring a hairdryer or iron? Do I need an adapter?

Regent Seven Seas Cruises provides hairdryers in your suite. Electric razors can be brought with you, as staterooms are equipped with both 110v (North American) and 220v (European) outlets. Irons are not permitted onboard; however, self-service laundry facilities and dry cleaning services are available.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please advise your RegentCruises.com Cruise Expert of any special dietary requirements you may have at least 90 days prior to sailing. They will notify Regent Seven Seas cruises accordingly. General dietary needs such as vegetarian, low salt or low cholesterol foods can be satisfied onboard the ship by speaking with the dining wait staff.

What is Regent Seven Seas Cruises' dress code?

Casual wear is appropriate for daytime onboard or ashore, and consists of resort-style attire. Bathing suits are not permitted in the restaurants or lounges at any time. Casual wear, including shorts and jeans, is not appropriate after 6:00pm. Recommended evening attire is Elegant Casual resort wear and Formal Optional: Cruises of fifteen nights or less will be Elegant Casual for the duration Cruises of sixteen nights or more will have two Formal Optional nights Elegant Casual dinner dress includes skirt, or slacks with blouse or sweater, pant suit or dress for ladies; slacks and collared shirt for gentlemen. Sport jackets are optional. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts or tennis shoes are not to be worn at dinner. Ties are not required. While you are welcome to dress Elegant Casual each evening, during Formal Optional evenings you may opt for a more formal choice of clothing including gowns and cocktail dresses for ladies; tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suit with tie for gentlemen. On the night prior to disembarkation, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will relax the dress code for dinner to Casual in order to accommodate the packing of luggage for early morning flights. Once onboard, the suggested evening dress code will be listed on the front page of your ship's daily newsletter.

What is Regent Seven Seas Cruises' policy on passports and visas?

Blanket visas are provided for shore excursions reserved through Regent Seven Seas Cruises. If you decide to explore on your own, independent from the cruise line, it is your responsibility to determine passport and visa requirements for your cruise itinerary. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all required visas and travel documents prior to sailing. In order to travel abroad, a valid passport is required for all U.S. and Canadian citizens. Most countries require that passports be valid for at least (6) months beyond the date of your return to the U.S. or Canada. Passports must have sufficient empty pages for visas that are required during the cruise. World Cruise travelers are recommended to have six (6) empty pages. Please obtain or renew your passports early. For information on obtaining or renewing a U.S. passport, visit the State Departments web site at: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html. Canadian citizens visit www.ppt.gc.ca. If you are a U.S. or Canadian passport holder residing in the U.S. and an independent visa is required, guests may download and print visa applications for any upcoming Regent Seven Seas cruise on Zierer Visa Services website. Guests holding non U.S. passports should check with their local country's consulates or Zierer Visa Service (ZVS) for their individual visa requirements. Entry requirements are subject to change at any time without advance notice from various governments. On June 1, 2009, the U.S. government implemented the full requirements of the land and sea phase of WHTI. The proposed rules require most U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry to have a passport, passport card, or other travel document approved by theDepartment of Homeland Security. CHILDREN: U.S. citizen children under the age of 16 will be able to present the original or copy of their birth certificate, or other proof of U.S. citizenship such as a naturalization certificate or citizenship card. How to I obtain a copy of my birth certificate?

For U.S. citizens needing a copy of a birth certificate, contact the city hall located in your town of birth. If you do bring a birth certificate and government-issued photo ID rather than a passport, the birth certificate must have a raised seal. You may also be able to order a copy of your birth certificate at www.vitalrec.com. For a fee, they can expedite a birth certificate for you.

What proper documentation is required for visiting Canada?

U.S. citizens are not required to obtain a Canadian Visa. To verify if your nationality requires a Canadian visa, please visit the following Canadian immigration website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp Canadian officials will not permit guests to remain onboard while in a Canadian port without proper documentation, so you will be denied boarding if the visa is not presented at the pier at the time of your scheduled cruise departure. If you are a Non-U.S. or Non-Canadian citizen, you will be denied boarding without compensation if you do not hold the proper VISA documents. The Canadian Government is strictly enforcing entry requirements and as a result some U.S. and Canadian citizens with past criminal records or convictions may be refused entry into Canada. Almost all convictions including petty crimes and misdemeanors may render a person inadmissible to Canada, regardless of how long ago they occurred. It is recommended that persons who have been charged in the past or who have past convictions, no matter how petty or small, obtain the necessary documents before attempting to enter Canada. When do I receive tickets and documentation?

Your Regent Seven Seas cruise documents will be sent to you approximately three weeks prior to sailing. If you have air scheduled through Regent Seven Seas Cruises, your flight itinerary will be issued in the form of e-tickets. If you prefer a paper ticket, airline fees will be assessed.
